Conceived by Toledo native Touré McCord II, Books 4 Buddies is an organization that collects new and gently used books for disadvantaged children and young adults.
Books 4 Buddies has collected more than 30,000 books that have been delivered throughout NW Ohio and beyond!
Books 4 Buddies is represented by “Book Ambassadors,” including Touré and several other area male teenagers, who will help to promote the program at public appearances and special events that include guest speakers and outings with local leaders and celebrities.
